EduSalone handles the normal work of a school. Enrolment, attendance, tests and exams, report cards, school fees, and moving pupils up to the next class at the end of the year.
It follows the way our schools are actually set up. Nursery, Primary, JSS and SSS, with NPSE, BECE and WASSCE at the end of each stage. Each school sets its own marking scheme and its own grade scale, for each level, because a Class 3 pupil is not assessed like an SSS 2 student.
It runs in a web browser and on Android phones, so a school can start with whatever it already has.
One school can never see another school's pupils, staff, grades or money. That is enforced by the database itself, not just hidden in the app.
Grades, averages and class positions are worked out in one place, so a report card can never disagree with the mark sheet it came from.
Report cards and leaving certificates carry a reference and a QR code. Anybody can verify one online without needing an account.
